Psychotherapy is for anyone who wants to explore their life situation, patterns and feelings, together with a dedicated listener in a confidential space. In Dance Movement Psychotherapy, we use movement as well as talking to this end.
Moving allows for more immediate communication. As we let our body talk, we might discover sensations, images or memories that give us insight and new understandings.
Sessions can be one-to-one or in a group. Usually we follow a talk-move-talk format and we might use props and music.
