A ten-week online course for pregnant mothers. We will focus on body awareness and connecting creatively to the changes your body goes through in pregnancy. This is led improvisation, rather than a set choreography. You don’t need previous dance experience and the aim is to dance and move in a way that feels good for you. We will work on fitness and limbering up, as well as working creatively through movement and drawing.
The sessions are also an opportunity to connect with other mothers-to-be in the strange current situation of covid restrictions and social distancing. I am pregnant with my second daughter and due in the beginning of April.
